Christian Credit Union’s objectives were to improve the member experience by creating a website that represents their brand, helps members do business, and promotes Biblical Stewardship. Their strategies included creating a consistent member experience from any device, making it easier for members and employees to engage with each other, recommending products and services to meet members needs, helping members to business when it was convenient for them and providing tools for their members to practice Biblical Stewardship.
