There's Always more to Discover

The summer theme More to Discover suggests exploration, adventure and trying new things. Access Credit Union’s campaign goal was to encourage new and existing members to try new services: online account opening and Apple Pay. They used bold, vibrant imagery and solid colour badges to link an emotional response to the ad with a simple solution. This was a multi-channel campaign that included branch posters, print ads, billboards, online ads, video, social media, digital displays, mobile app banners. They increased our online advertising reach to acquire new membership outside of their geographical area. As a result of the campaign, 105 new online accounts were opened with total deposits of $1,474,541 by the end of 2018, 1,484 new Apple Pay registered users by the end of 2018, 16, 217 Apple Pay transactions and $296,660 total transactions using Apple Pay.
