The overall strategy and objectives with the 2017-2018 Annual Report was to communicate with the staff and members of their successes of the fiscal year. In this report they continued their very successful #CommunitySuperheroes strategy, by combining the photo imagery of strong or powerful superheroes, along with that of regular people in these roles. Their superheroes are the community’s superheroes - their members - who spend their time and money to make the community a better place to live. The Annual Report feels more like a magazine on glossy paper than it does a boring annual report. The creation of the AGM report is all about the feeling and incorporating the #CommunitySuperheroes strategy into it, with images of regular people superheroes and staff showing off their “Power of Community”.
