Better Answers Start with Better Conversation.

CUA began to craft a message focused on empathy, expertise, and a core belief that better answers start with better conversations.

At the core of the Brand Awareness Program was a series of questions posed to the viewer across creative assets, all with a shared call to action: Let’s Talk. The questions aimed to connect with the viewer on an emotional level, asking them about how they were feeling or what they had in mind as a goal to work toward.
